Q: What Equipments Do I Need For Online Consultation

A. A regular laptop, desktop computer with camera and microphone or cellphone would normally suffice.  You can also download Zoom App, Facebook App or Viber App on your Computer, Laptop or Cellphone. A stable internet connection via wifi or data plan is also sufficient for the service.

Q:How can the dentist diagnose me without actually doing a physical exam?

A. Knowing your medical and dental history and submitting diagnostic photos of your case when combined with dentist-patient interaction will help in getting an initial diagnosis for your case.

Our dental staff will also pre-screen cases fit for initial consultation via Online Consultation. Cases that need to have a physical consultation will have to be scheduled for an actual dental visit.

Q: Can I get prescriptions even though it's and Online Consultation?

A. Yes. Our Dental Specialists can send you electronically via email your appropriate prescription.  It is essential that the details you give are current and updated.

Q: How Do I pay for the service?

A. Simply pay with your Paypal account or through Credit card. We also accept payments via Gcash and Bank Transfer.

A Normally it can take between 10-15 minutes. Our Dental specialist prepares your case for presentation prior to your Online Consultation to facilitate a faster and smoother discussion.

2. Life-threatening cases may not be accommodated through our Online Consultation.

3. Our dental staff will pre-screen all patients prior to approval of the online consultation

4. Cancellation for online consultation must be made 24hrs prior for rebooking. Late cancellation will deem your Reservation as void.
